1. Who provides the site

2. Information on the site

The site describes our services and products for business customers. It is not an offer. Figures describe the accumulated service record of the WindX UCP joint venture and its parent organisations, as stated on each page, and WindX UCP ApS did not perform all of those projects directly. We work to keep the information accurate but it can contain errors or be out of date.

3. Documents

The catalogues and brochures are for your own business use. Manufacturer documents (ORISONIC, WREN, GreenIdea) remain the property of their manufacturers, and performance figures in them are manufacturer data. Do not change, resell or republish them without written permission.

4. Forms and requests

A request through a form is an enquiry, not an order. A contract exists only when both sides have confirmed it in writing. How we handle your data is described in the privacy notice.

5. Trademarks and logos

Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to describe business relationships. They do not imply endorsement. Text, images and layout of the site belong to WindX UCP ApS or its licensors.

Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, WindX UCP ApS is not liable for loss that comes from using it. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
