Security and data protection

How we protect your data

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the whole site.
• Limited access: the data sent through our forms is available only to our Chief Executive Officer, our Head of Business Development and our Managing Director.
• Backups: the website is backed up and kept under version control.
• Data minimisation on our forms: the catalogue form asks only for the details listed in the privacy notice. It sets no cookie and does not store the address of the page you were on or the website you came from.

Our suppliers

• HubSpot runs our catalogue form, contact records and email. Our account stores data in the United States. Read HubSpot’s own security page.
• Hostinger hosts our website. Read Hostinger’s Trust Center.

For our customers in the energy sector

Many of our customers are subject to the EU NIS2 Directive, implemented in Denmark by the cybersecurity act. We support our customers’ supply-chain security requirements and answer security questionnaires on request. Write to sales@windxucp.com.

If you think you have found a weakness on this website or in how we handle data, please write to sales@windxucp.com and tell us the page address and what you saw. Please do not send customer data. Our contact is also published in security.txt.
